It’s been a little over a month since my last post and in that time Houston and surrounding areas in south Texas experienced one of the most damaging hurricanes of all time. Harvey tried, but couldn’t squelch the Texas spirit and it was amazing to watch everyone join together to lend a helping hand for those in need.
AirBorn Imaging was grounded for a few days as the airspace was protected to allow search and rescue aircraft to perform their critical mission. Once we got the “all-clear” we were able to fly many aerial photo missions throughout Houston. These aerial photo missions helped our clients assess damage to their properties and thankfully most looked like they received minimal flooding.
The good news is that hurricane season is almost over and the cold fronts are starting to make their way south, clearing out the haze, and providing perfect weather for aerial photos! With this cooler weather, comes a new aerial photo special. Starting this month throughout the end of the year we are offering 10% off all construction aerial photography projects. Check out our blog post for more details.
